Is there a setup fee?

How does the free trial work?
Enterprise comes with a 14-day free trial, so you can run your salon on Aura before you pay.
Who processes card payments?
Aura partners with Valor PayTech for card processing. Aura records each payment on the ticket and does not store full card numbers.
What happens if we go over our included texts?
Texts above your plan’s included amount cost $0.25 each. Basic doesn’t include texts.
What does SEO include?
We set up and keep up your Google Business Profile, work on the searches people nearby use to find a nail salon, keep your salon’s details consistent on Yelp, Apple Maps and Bing, and send you a report every month. SEO+ comes with everything in Enterprise. SEO Only is for salons that use other software.
